Quality management

In order to effectively implement the quality policy, we apply the following solutions:

  • Quality management system, according to ISO 9001:2015,
  • Failure Prevention Program - preventing the execution of a mismatched product,
  • SMED - Single Minute Exchange of Die, that is the change of tools in the course of a single-digit number of minutes; the method of diagnosis and optimization of the production process in the processing industry. The key question when using the optimization of the production process (e.g. SMED) and the method of managing production stocks (e.g. JIT) is the search for the optimum in production costs. Delays in the planned production process often result from machine and system failures. In addition, delays occur that are caused by reproductions of the planning system that does not react to the environment with a planned perspective, that is measured not in hours but rather in weeks. In connection with this, the introduction of the general planning method and production control - just in time - requires a strategy of risk minimization in cooperation with SMED, KANBAN.
  • 5S - refers to five Japanese words that characterize the attitude to the organization and management of the workplace and the work process, which aims to increase productivity by eliminating losses, improve the process and reduce unnecessary processes. In a narrow view, 5S describes the standardization of orderliness in the workplace.
  • Kaizen - constant training. KAIZEN comes from the Japanese philosophy, which was developed with the aim of effective training methods of the administrative process. KAIZEN is a business practice, the basic principle of which is constant commitment and the will to increase the quality of the company and its products. Although KAIZEN is recognized as a philosophy - especially as the mindset is changed - in introductory practice it is a collection of "solid" and effective tools for introducing and maintaining changes in the processes and stocks of the organization,
  • Program for Optimizing Tool Costs - an authoring program which, based on data collected regarding the service life of cutting tools, should help to optimize their costs as well as the costs for tool changes / replacement,
  • Failure Prevention Program - (Program to avoid errors), consists in the systematic control of the parameters of the production process by examining the guideline values Cp and Cpk (deviation of the actual values from the nominal value and their distribution in the tolerance range), allows to react accordingly early to prevent that a faulty part is made. This solution, combined with an effective final inspection of the product, allows 100% compliance of the parts with the customer's specification,
  • Autonomous maintenance - Independent maintenance is a tool that connects production and maintenance through shared responsibility for maintaining the machinery,
